Job Title: Senior AI Developer – Copilot
Location: Strongsville, Ohio (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished professional to drive enterprise AI and automation initiatives leveraging the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform. Our team is focused on delivery of innovative, scalable solutions enhancing business workflows and digital transformation across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and implement enterprise AI and automation solutions across Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
- Develop advanced integrations, automations, reusable components, and agent-enabled business workflows supporting both enterprise and line-of-business use cases.
- Establish development standards, mentor junior developers, and facilitate code reviews to promote best practices and delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, security, and governance stakeholders to ensure solution scalability, supportability, and operational readiness.
Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 development, Power Platform, automation, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to build enterprise business solutions with secure data access and reusable components.
- Comprehensive understanding of application lifecycles, testing, deployment, and governance in enterprise environments.
- Experience working across both low-code and pro-code delivery models.
