- Review and approve plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Required:
- Expertise in overseeing architectural design and implementation within professional project environments.
- Experience guiding teams and mentoring junior staff across multiple stages of project development.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and compliance standards relating to architectural projects.
- Proven ability to resolve design issues and monitor quality control during site visits and inspections.
