Job Title: Senior Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to support core laboratory operations in a leading life sciences environment. Our team values strong laboratory acumen, data organization, and the ability to effectively communicate results to stakeholders and peers.
Responsibilities:
- Execute laboratory operations, including routine testing and support for assay execution.
- Prepare samples, reagents, and standards according to established protocols.
- Analyze, summarize, and present data and results to work groups and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and workflow issues to ensure quality outcomes.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED and 6 years of experience, or Master’s degree.
- Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field, or equivalent related biopharmaceutical work experience.
- Experience in a biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical laboratory setting.
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, instrumentation, and troubleshooting equipment or process issues.
