Job Title: Senior Associate Supply Chain Compliance
Location: Louisville, Kentucky (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support compliance within the supply chain function. Our team enables improvement initiatives and ensures quality standards are maintained across key processes and projects, making a substantial impact on operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage temperature excursion records, including documentation and escalation as appropriate.
- Lead root cause analysis sessions for minor and major deviation records, managing all related documentation.
- Sustain compliance with CAPA and CAPA EV records, driving implementation and follow-up actions.
- Support audits, inspections, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain up-to-date records for missing products and GDP compliance.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences with 2 years’ experience in GMP / GDP compliance, or 4+ years’ experience in GMP / GDP compliance in absence of a degree in Life Sciences.
- Sound knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, Good Manufacturing Practice, and Good Distribution Practice.
- Technical writing skills and proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and Trackwise.
- Local candidate required — must be based nearby or within approximately one hour of the site.
