Responsibilities:
- Follow established processes accurately and completely to support business operations.
- Conduct QA testing for product enhancements and assist with complex product configurations.
- Set up online customer access and ensure all configurations meet quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with producer and retail customers, providing clear and solution-oriented support.
Required:
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, and Adobe tools.
- Experience with FISERV products is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to carry out processes completely and accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and shift efficiently between tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
