Job Title: Senior Change Manager – Oracle Finance Transformation
Location: San Francisco, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced specialist to lead organizational change management for transformative Oracle EPM Finance platform programs. Our team values strategic leadership and direct, credible engagement with finance stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and program outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end organizational change management plans across two concurrent programs, including change agent network establishment, stakeholder communications, training content development and delivery, go-live readiness, and post-go-live adoption tracking.
- Establish and manage a Change Agent Network within finance, coordinating onboarding, monthly forums, demos, and super user identification and training.
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training curricula, including foundational learning, train-the-trainer sessions, super user and end user training; lead content creation and coordinate delivery with business super users.
- Draft, manage, and tailor structured communications plans to finance audiences, addressing stakeholder resistance and supporting re-launch strategies where prior implementation experience has impacted user trust.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 7+ years of change management experience, including at least 3 years supporting finance or accounting function stakeholders with enterprise systems implementations.
- Direct experience supporting Oracle EPM implementations within finance or accounting organizations, with the ability to credibly engage users on platform-level concepts.
- Proven track record managing change in programs facing organizational trust deficits, including stakeholder re-engagement, training content ownership, and communications strategy.
