Job Summary:
Join our client’s team as a Senior Civil Designer, where you’ll lead the charge in planning, designing, and executing a variety of civil projects. You’ll be at the forefront of creating innovative solutions for site development, infrastructure, and environmental planning, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Job Responsibilities:
• Spearhead civil project designs, including site development, roadways, and utility systems.
• Oversee drawing production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct quality reviews of designs and provide feedback for ongoing projects.
• Present project data and design plans to stakeholders for approval.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and design criteria to meet financial goals.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in drafting technology or related field, with extensive experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
• Strong understanding of civil design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-discipline team environment.
• Keen attention to detail and analytical skills.
