Job Title: Senior Construction Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to provide oversight and coordination for field accounting on construction projects. Our team values collaboration and analytical expertise to help drive successful project outcomes through robust construction accounting practices.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate field construction accounting and materials management activities across multiple projects.
- Support and evaluate construction accountants and material specialists throughout project lifecycles.
- Track invoicing and administer temporary construction offices and office equipment for projects.
- Collaborate with business partners on tracking project materials receipts, reconcile accounts, and manage construction project closeouts.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management, or General Studies.
- Minimum eight years’ experience in administrative, accounting, or invoicing roles within construction settings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and PC skills, with demonstrated construction accounting expertise.
- Experience with accounting systems such as Oracle, Powerplant, and Procore; strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
