Job Title: Senior Construction Manager (Transmission and Substation)

Job Summary: We are seeking a leader to oversee and coordinate complex construction projects involving electrical transmission and substations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for transmission and substation construction projects.
- Lead and manage project teams including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all construction activities.
- Oversee procurement processes, manage project risks, and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Required:
- Senior-level experience with electrical transmission and substation construction, specifically within the utilities sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage contractors and subcontractors effectively.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards on construction sites.
