Job Title: Senior Customer Support Representative
Location: Bethel, Connecticut (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage a portfolio of key accounts for a leading aerospace manufacturing organization. Our team places strong emphasis on relationship management, process oversight, and enhancing the customer experience for both existing and new business partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Review contracts, coordinate internally to ensure requirements are fully understood, and support proposal preparation, negotiations, and customer program reviews.
  • Oversee the fulfillment process from order processing to shipping and logistics, communicating regularly with clients regarding status updates and issue resolution.
  • Analyze customer claims, provide status metrics for major accounts to leadership, and identify trends or new business opportunities within the existing customer base.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in account management, contract administration, customer service, project management, quality, or supply chain within manufacturing, operations, or an aerospace environment; or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in these areas.
  • Strong organizational skills and a track record of managing customer programs effectively.
  • Proficiency in proposal and contract preparation, negotiation, and management, as well as familiarity with major aerospace customers and affiliates.
  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR); all applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
