Job Title: Senior Designer – Creative Services
Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
Join our client’s creative team as a Senior Designer, where you’ll craft engaging social media content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. This role involves creating innovative visuals and videos that align with brand strategies, tapping into current trends, and effectively communicating brand messages.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute creative content for Instagram and TikTok, including videos and photos.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement social media concepts.
• Stay updated on social media trends and adapt content accordingly.
• Travel locally to capture in-store content and assist in photo shoots.
• Work closely with creative management and project teams to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback to refine and enhance content.
Skills Required:
• 8+ years of design experience, with 3 years in social media or editing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Media, Communications, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and either Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Skilled in using CapCut or Splice for video editing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms.
• Excellent photography and video skills using an iPhone.
