Job Title: Senior Designer – Creative Services
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an innovative and strategic creative professional to join our team and bring brand messaging to life through a variety of channels. Our team values originality, conceptual thinking, and the ability to deliver memorable visuals that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts across multiple channels, including digital media, email, site banners, and large-scale in-store signage projects.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, project managers, and the in-house creative team to deliver projects aligned with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Guide creative ideas based on research, team input, and project needs, ensuring all materials are on brand throughout pre-production and production stages.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects, monitor timelines, and communicate project status to senior creative leadership.
Required:
- 8+ years of related experience in graphic design, art direction, or a similar creative field, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or design.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign, with the ability to mock up design concepts and demonstrate a strong design sense.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and visual communication skills, and the capacity to present creative ideas effectively.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; current on industry trends and versatile across various media formats.
