Job Title: Senior Digital Product Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate to support the strategy, development, and optimization of digital products that connect research and development teams to knowledge across a large scientific organization. Our team enables the transformation of learning and decision-making processes, focusing on innovative solutions in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap, managing vision, requirements, priorities, and ongoing evolution of digital knowledge platforms.
- Engage users and stakeholders through research and collaboration to translate feedback into actionable features and effective UI design.
- Oversee feature definition and delivery, including the creation of user stories and close partnership with technology teams for implementation and testing.
- Establish content lifecycles and knowledge architecture, including taxonomies, metadata, governance, and integration of AI into knowledge management workflows.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with digital platforms and AI in a knowledge management context, including content platforms, SharePoint, and search.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication, product management, and human-centered design.
- Strong organizational skills with a curious, adaptable, and collaborative approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within a pharmaceutical research and development setting is preferred, though strong digital product and knowledge management backgrounds from other regulated industries will be considered.
