Job Title: Senior Experience Designer
Location: Farmers Branch, Texas (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a specialist to join our team focused on experience design for an industry-leading digital platform. Our team values collaboration and the consistent delivery of high-quality web and mobile solutions across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Support digital design strategy and delivery for web and mobile presence within the platform.
- Collaborate closely with UX Research, Product Management, and Development teams to inform and execute design decisions.
- Deliver prototypes for research and production, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Utilize design tools to create interfaces, manage work through Jira, and ensure technical feasibility with developers.
Required:
- Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Figma with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Background in the financial services sector, with a minimum of 3 years supporting banking, investment, or financial institutions.
- Proven experience managing the workflow between product owners, analysts, and development staff on digital products.
- Strong collaboration skills with an openness to constructive feedback and ability to operate effectively in a team environment.
