Job Title: Senior Experience Designer
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading organization seeking a Senior Experience Designer to shape digital servicing experiences with a strong focus on shopping functionality. Our team is looking for a candidate who can balance design strategy and hands-on execution while helping drive a consistent, customer-focused experience across multiple product areas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead experience design work by identifying problems, defining goals, mapping user flows, and prototyping interactions.
- Collaborate across teams to support shared roadmaps, align on a unified vision, and promote customer-focused outcomes.
- Design frameworks, systems, and components that support consistent user experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Support user observation, research, and analysis, and use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Expert-level Figma skills.
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Portfolio submission required with resume.
- Must be open to converting to a full-time employee if a need becomes available.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office.
