Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst opportunity supporting a technology finance function focused on budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and business case development. Our team is looking for a candidate who can help guide complex financial decisions, support transformative initiatives, and provide clear recommendations to management.
Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and variance analysis for a defined segment.
- Build and evaluate business cases, including capital expense alignment and accounting review.
- Partner with technology owners, project managers, business offices, and back-office finance teams on day-to-day and monthly financial needs.
- Analyze complex initiatives, identify risks or inefficiencies, and present clear recommendations to management.
Required:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide timely responses, keep management informed, and address issues proactively.
- BA required; MBA preferred.
- Open to converting to a full-time employee if a need becomes available.
