Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished creative professional to play a key role in developing innovative, strategically driven concepts and finished creative assets. Our team values design excellence and is committed to delivering memorable, persuasive brand messages across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital, in-store, and experiential design projects in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with copywriters, project managers, and the creative team to deliver projects on strategy, schedule, and budget.
- Monitor and guide materials through all pre-production and production stages under direction and with approval from senior creatives.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high quality and meeting established deadlines.
Required:
- 8+ years of related work experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in fashion, graphic design, or art direction.
- High school diploma and BFA or design degree required.
- Demonstrated expertise in graphic design and art direction, including proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to present ideas clearly, collaborate effectively, and produce design concepts with strong problem-solving skills.
