Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking individuals to join our client’s Digital Transformer team, which supports the enhancement of online banking functionality and experience on a new platform. Our team drives the design, implementation, and ongoing innovation of secure, scalable RESTful microservices and seamless technology integration within a dynamic Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful microservices using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring secure, scalable, and performant APIs.
- Integrate microservices with databases (SQL/NoSQL), external systems, and implement reusable components, services, and modules.
- Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift (Kubernetes), while ensuring application health, monitoring, and optimized performance.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and support production issue resolution.
Required:
- 8+ years’ strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, with hands-on experience building and maintaining complex solutions.
- Working knowledge of Angular (TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and experience implementing REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and OAuth/JWT security mechanisms.
- Direct experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes deployment, as well as familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Demonstrated background in microapp development and integration, and willingness to commit to an on-site schedule following contract conversion.
