Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist
Location: Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a marketing professional to support integrated campaign planning and execution during a 13-week assignment. Our team is looking for someone who can manage agency coordination, align stakeholders, and help deliver measurable marketing results across key business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own and advance established marketing plans, including material development, campaign execution, and post-campaign metrics reporting.
- Plan and execute promotional marketing campaigns and programs that support business initiatives and build awareness and preference.
- Coordinate with external agency partners, guiding creative development, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring quality execution.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across product, go-to-market, and business teams while providing flexible support across evolving marketing needs.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or marketing communications, with agency and/or in-house experience preferred.
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns with budget and strategy alignment, execution oversight, and performance measurement.
- Proven ability to manage agency relationships and guide the development of creative and media deliverables.
- Experience working with corporate departments in a matrixed organization, including marketing, communications, operations, legal, compliance, and/or sales.
- Demonstrated understanding of the differences between B2B and B2C audiences.
- Subject matter experience and/or expertise in agriculture industries.
