Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Calabasas, CA – Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Innovate and develop cutting-edge IP test products.
- Design mechanical and thermal systems, sourcing necessary components.
- Conduct simulations and create thermal solutions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address design for manufacturing and assembly issues.
- Validate designs, gather quotes, and oversee prototype construction and testing.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in product development from concept to production.
- Strong design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in designing complex electro-mechanical systems and thermal management, including liquid cooling.
- Proficient in SolidWorks and familiar with ANSI drafting standards.
- Knowledge of fabrication methods for sheet metal, machined parts, plastics, and extrusions.
