Job Title: Senior Oracle Developer
Location: Strongsville, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in a critical technical role focused on risk mitigation projects. Our team delivers robust solutions to maintain and enhance the stability and performance of production systems, ensuring the highest standards in regulatory and data management initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor production systems and applications for performance issues, promptly troubleshooting and resolving identified problems.
- Analyze, design, and develop system modules; diagnose and resolve job failures involving Oracle, PL/SQL, Informatica, SQL, Python, and related technologies.
- Collect and interpret server, application, and hardware utilization data to optimize code, recommend adjustments, and ensure deployment efficiency during Go-Live production activities.
- Create incidents, change requests, release documentation, and support procedures to coordinate smooth transitions and minimize service disruptions.
Required:
- Advanced working knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL, and MongoDB with demonstrated expertise in tuning queries and analyzing database performance.
- Hands-on experience with Unix commands, Shell scripting, Informatica, Connect Direct (NDM), and Toad.
- Proficiency using OpenShift Platform and scheduling tools such as Cron tabs and CA7 scheduler.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum required.
