Job Title: Senior Product Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced designer to lead the creation of a greenfield project focused on automating schedule data capture for production tracking and planning. Our team is driving a strategic shift in production operations, transforming tools from static documentation to active intelligence that empowers users and enhances operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for AI-powered enterprise workflow tools
- Design experiences that automate data extraction and operational workflows
- Create intuitive UX for data-heavy enterprise applications
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and ML teams
- Conduct user research, prototyping, testing, and implementation support
- Build scalable workflows, dashboards, and AI-powered experiences
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of enterprise/B2B product design experience
- Experience designing AI-powered enterprise applications and workflow tools
- Strong background in data-heavy applications, data extraction, ETL, or operational systems
- Familiarity with production management, media operations, or entertainment industry workflows
- Experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and design workflows
- Strong UX, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and stakeholders
- Experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, or information-dense enterprise applications
- Experience with conversational AI, intelligent recommendations, or agentic AI experiences
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across teams
- Experience collaborating with offshore development teams preferred
- Passion or interest in entertainment and production operations preferred
