Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven individual who can leverage technology and program management expertise to help scale a groundbreaking approach to government regulation and public policy. Our team is focused on empowering local and global policy initiatives with innovative solutions, supporting the infrastructure and cross-functional collaboration that drive meaningful change across 180,000 jurisdictions worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the roadmap and execution of CRM and AI workstreams, including the rollout of Political Intelligence and campaign management tools.
- Collaborate with the Policy CRM and Political Intelligence Manager to gather and incorporate feedback from global campaign team members to inform product priorities.
- Lead regular reporting and insight sharing regarding project progress, blockers, and success metrics for critical workstreams.
- Monitor and translate emerging trends in AI, CRM, and political technology into strategic opportunities for smarter and faster scaling.
Required:
- At least eight years of experience in public policy.
- Proven track record of program or project management in fast-paced, complex environments, with successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and teams, foster productive partnerships, and bridge gaps between diverse work groups.
