Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive cross-functional alignment, planning, and execution within a dynamic platform team focused on product, engineering, data, and design. Our team values strong program management fundamentals, structured problem-solving, and impactful communication to deliver high-quality results on ambitious, strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Establish goals, roadmap planning, and ongoing alignment for programs alongside platform leaders.
- Manage all aspects of projects, including scope, schedule, resource planning, deliverables, process, and budget.
- Facilitate project status meetings, review sessions, and provide visibility into progress and resource utilization.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for external agencies and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Required:
- BA/BS degree and 8-10+ years of experience in Program Management, Agency Account Management, Project Management, or relevant related roles.
- Expertise in communication and change management with demonstrated performance influencing decisions at all levels.
- Proven track record managing large, operationally complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in structuring and implementing initiatives with product and design teams, including establishing new processes.
