Job Title: Senior Project Controls Specialist
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Senior Project Controls Specialist, where you’ll lead project control processes and collaborate with project management to ensure client satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for presenting schedule and budget status reports and validating the setup and management of project control software.
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze data and reports using project control software.
• Ensure the correct Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is applied.
• Create scheduling, cost, and cash flow reports for multiple projects.
• Lead and train team members to resolve complex project control issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction planning and cost control.
Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in critical path scheduling and project cost management.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
