Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator
Location: Austin, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team in delivering complex, integrated test, measurement, and automation systems for customers. Our team relies on this position to drive successful project outcomes through effective coordination, logistics, and communication across multiple functions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate builds with manufacturing teams, identify roadblocks, and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery to clients.
- Track inventory, project schedules, and logistics while promptly procuring parts for the project team.
- Support the project manager in achieving deadlines and milestones by coordinating with PCB services, engineering, procurement, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and data, audit project status, and communicate results and task status to stakeholders regularly.
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project coordinator role.
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- US citizenship only; must be able to work on ITAR projects and qualify for DoD clearances.
