Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven professional to oversee and manage complex, high-level projects that are strategic in nature. Our team is looking for an individual with strong analytical skills and proven project leadership experience to ensure successful execution and delivery within time, scope, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and manage project execution across all phases of the development lifecycle, including feasibility, requirements, analysis, business plan, design, testing, and implementation.
- Coordinate and direct the activities of project team members, ensuring all objectives and requirements are met and advanced according to plan.
- Support or lead workshops, prepare and synthesize materials, deliver presentations, and regularly interact with senior management.
- Identify and escalate progress barriers as needed, and manage cross-functional teams and external resources to meet project goals.
Required:
- Minimum: Doctorate and 3 years, Master’s and 5 years, Bachelor’s and 7 years, Associate’s and 12 years, or High school diploma / GED and 14 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in leading medium to large-scale projects, with deep understanding of project management methodologies, analysis techniques, and change management best practices.
- Strong skills in MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SmartSheet; adept at using systems for sharing and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-program resources and present to senior leadership.
