Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional to support and mature strategic projects within a dynamic R&D environment. Our team focuses on driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance resource management, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects focused on expanding and optimizing the resource management ecosystem, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and operational excellence.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders; manage timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate connections between resource supply and forecasting applications, aligning business processes with system capabilities to drive scalability.
  • Oversee the development and onboarding of training materials, documentation for new processes, and system features to support adoption across R&D functions.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of directly related experience, Master’s degree and 6 years of experience, Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience, Associate degree and 10 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED and 12 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, business analysis, resource management systems, or R&D operations.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, writing user stories, and partnering with technical teams for solution delivery.
