Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager opportunity with a respected organization seeking a proven project leader to guide complex initiatives from planning through execution. This position offers the chance to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage priorities effectively, and help deliver high-quality outcomes that support client goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution across assigned projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful delivery.
- Monitor progress to help ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Provide guidance to project teams while building strong client relationships and supporting collaboration.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
