Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Baltimore, Maryland (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction projects in an active site environment. Our team is looking for a professional who can coordinate stakeholders, maintain safety standards, and deliver strong outcomes from planning through closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of industrial construction projects from planning through closeout, with regular presence on active job sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and client stakeholders to keep work moving and resolve issues in real time.
- Oversee budget management, schedule coordination, quality control, and proactive problem-solving across live construction operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and support clear communication across all levels of the project team.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on project management experience in industrial construction environments.
- Experience working on active construction sites; office-only or remote-only experience is not sufficient.
- Strong understanding of industrial construction processes, sequencing, site logistics, and OSHA safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex industrial projects from inception through completion, with strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
