Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for an experienced project leader to support cross-functional work within process development and help drive alignment across multiple stakeholders. This position focuses on building clear timelines, managing deliverables, and supporting informed decision-making for programs moving through pivotal, life cycle management, and commercial stages.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional planning and coordination across process development teams and multiple modalities as needed.
- Partner with technical leads and key stakeholders to define deliverables, maintain alignment, and support execution plans.
- Develop timeline scenarios, manage project reporting, and track risks to support portfolio and governance decisions.
- Establish collaboration sites, maintain delivery repositories, and support process improvements and lessons learned.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of project management experience, Master’s degree and 5 years of experience, Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience, Associate’s degree and 12 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED and 14 years of experience.
- Project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other healthcare-related field.
- Ability to use standard project management tools and practices; experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, and SharePoint is highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
