Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager opportunity supporting precision medicine initiatives within a complex research and development environment. This position plays a key role in driving cross-functional planning, execution, and coordination to help deliver integrated strategies, manage risk, and keep workstreams aligned to timelines and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Support strategic planning and execution of integrated cross-functional plans across precision medicine teams.
- Coordinate research collaborations, reverse translational initiatives, timelines, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor budget, team expenses, and delivery milestones while identifying risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize biomarker strategy and support effective communication, escalation, and governance.
Required:
- PhD and/or Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant project management experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant project management experience, or Associate’s degree with 6 years of relevant project management experience.
- Technical or scientific background with 6+ years of industry and/or academic experience.
- Prior pharma, consulting, and/or drug development experience, specifically in research and clinical development.
- Program and project management experience in a healthcare-related environment, with cross-functional strategic planning and execution to plan.
- Experience using project management and AI/ML tools, methods, practices, and infrastructure as related to the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Strong proficiency with MS Suite tools and project management software such as Smartsheet, Planisware, and SharePoint.
