Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Louisville, Kentucky (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to support a broad portfolio of operational and technical initiatives with high visibility and expanding scope. Our team is seeking a professional who can bring strong coordination, governance, and stakeholder management skills to help drive projects from planning through execution while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across equipment support, infrastructure, security, monitoring, and software upgrade initiatives.
- Coordinate vendor management, subcontractor onboarding and training, and contract negotiations.
- Support budgeting, cost management, risk management, and risk register documentation for audits and inspections.
- Assist commissioning and qualification activities on an ad-hoc basis and support continuous improvement efforts.
Required:
- Doctorate degree with 3 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience, or Associate degree with 12 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience.
- Experience managing concurrent projects and coordinating across multiple workstreams.
- Experience with vendor management, subcontractor onboarding and training, budgeting, cost management, contract negotiations, and risk management.
- Ability to support commissioning and qualification activities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
