Job Title: Senior QA Analyst – Fiserv DNA Core Banking
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished QA Testing professional to ensure the quality and integrity of a major core banking transformation. Our team is driving the implementation of a new platform focused on Certificates of Deposit and High-Yield Savings accounts, and quality assurance is critical to its success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases including Configuration Testing, Integration/End-to-End Testing, and Regression Testing.
- Conduct hands-on testing of the banking platform, validating back-office and customer-facing product configuration and functionality.
- Identify, document, and manage defects using test management tools, participating in defect triage meetings to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project stakeholders to align testing activities with business requirements and technical specifications.
Required:
- 5+ years of QA experience within the banking industry, with strong expertise in deposit products (Certificates of Deposit, Savings Accounts), customer onboarding, account servicing, and transaction processing.
- Hands-on experience testing the Fiserv DNA core banking platform, demonstrating proficiency in navigation and validation of configuration and functionality.
- Experience testing integrations between Fiserv DNA and surrounding systems, including digital banking front-ends, API layers, and third-party services.
- Expertise in planning and executing end-to-end testing scenarios that span multiple systems and integrations.
