Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
- Participate as a quality engineering member on agile teams, reviewing and clarifying requirements for testing initiatives.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans, scripts, and scenarios, collaborating on building test cases and tracking issues to resolution.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go Live activities, leveraging test data management practices for effective testing.
- Facilitate testing meetings, summarize outcomes, report defects, and maintain testing metrics to deliver actionable go/no-go recommendations.
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of quality engineering testing experience, including backend testing (API/DB) and complex SQL query creation and execution.
- Expertise with Playwright or Selenium automation frameworks and familiarity with Snowflake.
- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps or similar test suite tools and experience using AI technologies for testing purposes.
- Knowledge of Loan Origination or Loan Servicing systems, and the ability to lead testing for programs with multiple integrated systems.
