Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to support functional and automation testing for key trading and risk management systems. Our team is dedicated to driving test quality, system stability, and continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate independently to plan, execute, and oversee testing activities, including both functional and automation test scripts.
- Assess existing systems and integrations to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhancement of test coverage.
- Facilitate test meetings, log and track issues/defects to resolution, and provide clear test metrics and go/no-go recommendations.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and post-implementation activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Required:
- Experience supporting trading, hedging, financial, or risk management systems.
- Proven ability to lead testing for programs involving multiple integrated systems and platforms (SaaS, COTS, custom-built).
- Strong experience with Playwright or Selenium automation frameworks, plus backend testing (API/database) and complex SQL query creation.
- Solid understanding of QA&E processes, with proficiency in Azure DevOps or comparable test suite tools and familiarity with Snowflake.
