Job Title: Senior Quality Control Associate
Location: West Greenwich, Rhode Island (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute analytical expertise for a leading bioanalytics laboratory team. Our team is dedicated to ensuring quality and regulatory compliance through robust testing and documentation of in-process, release, and stability samples using advanced laboratory methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory testing on in-process, release, and stability samples using HPLC/UPLC, capillary electrophoresis, and general chemistry methods.
- Generate complete, accurate laboratory documentation utilizing electronic systems and laboratory notebooks, ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Perform review and approval of assays, documents, and records while supporting continual improvement initiatives and identifying quality, compliance, supply, and safety risks.
- Maintain laboratory standards through general housekeeping activities, completion of required training, and participation in laboratory investigations as directed by management.
Required:
- Master’s degree; or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of quality experience; or Associate’s degree with 6 years of quality experience; or high school diploma/GED with 8 years of quality experience.
- Experience in HPLC/UPLC, capillary electrophoresis, and general chemistry methodologies including Appearance, Color, Clarity, pH, Osmolality, Polysorbate, Protein Concentration, and Sub-Visible Particle testing (1-2 years preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in laboratory investigations, method validation, audits, and QC processes.
- Proven ability to interpret scientific data, prioritize multiple tasks, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
