Job Title: Senior Scientist

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented professional to perform advanced method development and analytical tasks supporting a diverse small molecule portfolio. Our team empowers innovative cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful results within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and monitor experiments, analyze data, and ensure reproducibility and reliability in laboratory results.
- Perform method development to support analytical control strategies for small molecule projects.
- Communicate findings and interpretations clearly to diverse audiences, engaging coworkers in scientific discussion.
- Contribute to reports, presentations, regulatory documents, and department support efforts including safety and committee participation.
Required:
- UHPLC/HPLC method development experience for small molecules.
- Ability to independently design experiments and effectively communicate results to varied stakeholders.
- Demonstrated adaptability and success in a fast-paced environment.
- Doctorate degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) and 2 years of experience, or Masters degree and 5 years of experience, or Bachelors degree and 7 years of experience.
