Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: San Diego, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking highly skilled professionals to contribute to the development of innovative health technology solutions. Our team works in a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on delivering robust, secure, and scalable applications within the ECG Software Solutions group.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and Angular with strong object-oriented principles.
- Build secure APIs with GraphQL and integrate RabbitMQ for event-driven systems and asynchronous messaging.
- Lead the development, testing, and deployment of applications on AWS, including EKS and RDS, aligning with microservices best practices.
- Develop and document software in compliance with regulated industry standards, specifically medical device frameworks such as IEC 62304.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, specializing in full-stack development.
- Proven expertise in Java (Spring Boot), JavaScript, Angular, and experience with microservices architectures on AWS with Kubernetes (EKS).
- Proficiency in GraphQL, RabbitMQ, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and regulated software development environments.
