Job Title: Senior Solution Engineer
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead and optimize business intelligence and finance system solutions in a complex environment. Our team values strong communication, technical leadership, and deep expertise in Splash BI and Oracle EBS Finance to ensure successful delivery for key finance stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for Splash BI implementations, ensuring architecture and design best practices are followed.
- Act as a technical point of contact across engineering, delivery, and business teams, guiding decisions and reviewing code as necessary.
- Troubleshoot data issues and support operational readiness, including incident response and documentation creation.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to optimize BI performance, data models, and integration processes for large financial datasets.
Required:
- 8 or more years in a senior engineering role, demonstrating leadership in enterprise IT environments.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Splash BI, including data models, cubes, reporting structures, and enterprise implementation/support for finance.
- At least 3 years of deep experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management, including extraction, transformation, and reconciliation of financial data.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in performance tuning, complex joins, and developing data feeds from Oracle EBS into BI platforms.
