Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Associate
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to contribute to a major global ERP transformation within the supply chain domain. Our team supports cross-functional stakeholders through process and system changes, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal process alignment for a successful transition.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of current and future supply chain and manufacturing process flows as they relate to ERP implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, revise, and create GMP-compliant procedures and documentation that align with evolving system requirements.
- Drive the development of clear and concise technical and procedural documentation to support regulated business operations.
- Participate in project workshops, testing activities, and readiness assessments to facilitate effective ERP adoption across global teams.
Required:
- High school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of work experience, Associate degree with at least 6 months of experience, or Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience with technical writing, specifically in drafting and managing GMP-compliant documentation and process workflows.
- Experience with SAP (S4HANA experience preferred) and exposure to the Plan to Stock business areas.
- Ability to effectively collaborate in a fully remote, cross-functional environment and manage multiple process documentation revisions.
