Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Associate
Location: Easton, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented supply chain professional to support warehouse operations, inbound and outbound coordination, and ERP-driven transaction work within a regulated environment. This position plays a key part in maintaining material flow, resolving inventory and shipment exceptions, and supporting process excellence across on-site operations and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor incoming purchase orders and inbound shipment schedules to support on-time material availability.
- Own the raw materials receipt tracker and manage shipment lifecycle visibility, quality workflow stages, and inventory status updates.
- Coordinate outbound scheduling, shipping and receiving documentation, 3PL collaboration, and resolution of shipment or ERP exceptions.
- Support integration activities, governance reporting, quality issue resolution, and continuous process improvement across warehouse operations.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Life Science or Business experience, Associate’s degree and 6 years of Life Science or Business experience, or high school diploma/GED and 8 years of Life Science or Business experience.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Excellence in working with MS Office.
- Warehouse operations knowledge, supply chain background, and GMP/GDP experience.
