Job Title: Senior Treasury Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and execute corporate cash management activities with a primary focus on US cash positioning and liquidity monitoring. Our team values strong internal controls and effective collaboration across business functions to ensure the organization’s financial integrity and operational success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily global cash positioning and funding transactions, ensuring timely execution and settlement.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Tax, and FP&A to process, monitor, and resolve sensitive payments and settlement issues.
- Manage bank account lifecycle activities, such as opening and closing accounts, updating authorized signers, and maintaining banking compliance documentation.
- Support SOX compliance through periodic user access reviews, internal control documentation, and audit support for cash management operations.
Required:
- Master’s degree; or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or an Associate degree with 6 years of experience; or a high school diploma/GED with 8 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and resolving cash or settlement issues.
- Experience administering treasury functions such as user access reviews, signer updates, and bank account management.
- Familiarity with SOX controls, audit processes, and working with treasury systems and online banking platforms.
