Job Title: Senior Visual Designer
Location: REMOTE – W2 ONLY
This role will be at the center of creating high-impact visual experiences for live sports and live events, bringing broadcasts to life through immersive 3D animation, dynamic environments, and polished motion design. The Senior Visual Designer will help shape the look and feel of major live moments, building visually compelling worlds and animation systems designed to perform at the speed and scale of live entertainment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and animate immersive 3D worlds that expand the brand DNA of our live events into high-fidelity environments.
- Work directly within project files to build and maintain robust toolkits, reducing agency reliance and increasing internal velocity.
- Extrapolate design visions into fully functional 3D assets, ensuring technical excellence from modeling to final render.
- Leverage AI advancements and emerging technologies to speed up workflows and improve the visual quality of our renders.
- Deliver polished, finished work for final delivery while authoring new 3D systems that others can build upon
- 10+ years of 3D animation experience, with a focus on high-end broadcast or cinematic deliverables.
- Experience working in the streaming, live sports, or entertainment industries is required.
- Mastery of Cinema 4D and advanced knowledge of multiple render engines (e.g., Redshift, Octane).
- Expertise in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
- A portfolio demonstrating top-tier craft in 3D world-building and animation.
- Proven ability to turn a flat design system into a dynamic, three-dimensional experience.
- Deep technical understanding of render pipelines, optimization, and final finishing for broadcast.
- Experience designing entire “worlds” with attention to details such as lighting, texture, and atmosphere.
- You are highly organized and disciplined in your file structure, ensuring your work is a benefit—not a burden—to those around you.
- Experience with complex particle simulations and advanced toolkitting capabilities.
- Proven success in leveraging AI tools to optimize 3D asset creation or render times.
- Experience in studio art direction or designing in-venue AR/VR experiences.
