Job Title: Service Quotation Administrator
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our customers through preparing Time & Material quotes and processing part orders. Our team relies on this role to ensure prompt communication, accurate quotes, and effective coordination with both customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate Time & Material quotes and part orders for service requests not covered by warranty or contract.
- Verify customer entitlement, ensuring all quotes adhere to legal requirements and accuracy standards.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and timely release of service delivery once quotes are accepted by customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet business and customer turnaround times, adapting to shift changes as required.
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent education.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in a high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
