Job Title: Service Resource Planner
Location: Bothell, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team by supporting operational planning and resource scheduling for installation and training activities. Our team plays a vital role in ensuring efficient installations and exceptional service delivery by coordinating with multiple stakeholders and maintaining high standards for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor scheduling for service resources to ensure effective and timely allocation for installation and training activities.
- Collaborate with service teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues as needed to support service quality standards.
- Assign and manage service orders while documenting and tracking open items and addressing issues that may impact execution timelines.
- Validate installation delivery materials and ensure all components are correctly received and documented before customer scheduling.
Required:
- High School Diploma or Vocational Education, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations Coordination, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, or Resource Planning; or a Bachelor’s Degree with no prior experience required.
- Strong skills in customer service, resource planning, documentation, and data analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
