Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our team’s mission of providing high-quality calibration, adjustment, and repair services for electronic test equipment. Our team relies on expertise in metrology, maintenance, and customer-focused problem solving to deliver consistent and reliable technical support within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform calibration, adjustments, and repairs on diverse electronic test equipment while ensuring workmanship standards are maintained.
  • Apply metrology principles and preventative maintenance techniques to resolve technical problems and recommend cost-effective corrective actions.
  • Utilize daily work schedules to prioritize tasks based on volume, customer expectations, and service center goals.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers, escalating issues appropriately and supporting delivery goals.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in calibration and repair of electronic test equipment required.
  • Some education, specialized training or certification, or military experience in a related field is essential.
  • Proficiency with PC applications, including MS Windows and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with demonstrated competence in both electronic and mechanical troubleshooting.
