Job Title: S&F Protection Multi Operations Specialist
Location: Mesa, Arizona (On-Site)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic and fast-paced background screening operation. We manage critical processes that ensure individuals meet the highest standards of integrity and compliance, forming a vital pillar within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate background checks including criminal history, employment and education verification, and credit reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations by assessing and verifying background screening reports.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and business partners about the background screening process and any follow-up actions required.
- Maintain accurate records of screening results and documentation, while resolving discrepancies or missing information.
Required:
- 1+ years of experience with background screening and/or investigations.
- 1+ years of experience managing a caseload, utilizing electronic databases for information tracking.
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong experience in handling confidential and sensitive personally identifiable information.
