Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Columbus, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team, supporting critical facility operations and driving technical excellence in building maintenance. Our team is dedicated to ensuring optimal performance and compliance across multiple facilities, with a strong focus on mentorship and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for HVAC/R systems within assigned facilities.
- Conduct training and onboarding for new technicians, ensuring adherence to established maintenance procedures and protocols.
- Perform weekly on-site quality assurance inspections and manage refrigerant inventory for regulatory compliance.
- Prepare technical reports, evaluate system deficiencies, and support emergency response and technical reporting activities.
Required:
- Minimum of 6 years of technical and supervisory experience in building engineering, including direct oversight of HVAC/R systems.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in rack refrigeration systems and building maintenance operations.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between client sites as needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Corrigo facility management system; availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
