Job Title: Software Developer / Engineer
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to design and deliver innovative software products that support key business functions. Our team is focused on bringing AI capabilities and modern development practices to create high-value, production-ready applications in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of sophisticated software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
- Integrate AI-backed features and experiment with emerging tools, platforms, and frameworks.
- Ensure maintenance and enhancement of existing application systems to meet organizational objectives and IT standards.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED and a minimum of twelve years’ IT experience, OR associate’s degree and a minimum of eight years’ IT experience, OR bachelor’s degree in IT-related field and a minimum of five years’ IT experience.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with a strong commitment to safety as the highest priority.
- Expert-level proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies, as well as proficiency in database querying and design.
- Demonstrated experience with the software development lifecycle, scalable and maintainable system design, and critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
